Who we are
MAUSINI® is a company in southern Germany near Lake Constance. It consists of a touring theatre company, a theatre school, and a seminar business, as well as an associated publishing house with high educational standards. The staff members and freelance employees all have comprehensive training, versatility and experience. The owner and founder is the artist/author Karl-Heinz Paul alias Carlo MAUSINI®.
The purpose of this company is to promote the health and creativity of children and adults. Our topics are culture, health and a joyful life, an education that fosters values and community, as well as how to promote speech, movement and reading for children in an artistic and playful way. We work closely with experienced educators, therapists and physicians in a continual exchange.

Wrigley Prophylaxis Prize, for outstanding work on practicing prophylaxis in the public health system.
MAUSINI® offers ambitious children’s theatre in approx. 100 stage productions per year for children from 3 to 12 years.
MAUSINI® Dance and Theatre School.
Here we promote the gifts of children from near and far. The emphasis is on developing young personality through creative dance theatre, speech and movement games, pantomime, fairy-tale plays, acrobatics, yoga, rhythmics, singing and playing instruments. Every year we celebrate a large children’s festival that is open to the public.
The "ABC Workshops" for kindergarten teachers and the "ABC Creative Seminars" for primary-school teachers have been very successful. We work with dentists, prophylaxis specialists and public health authorities in all of the German states, as well as Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg, to present seminars "All About the Mouth" within the context of prophylactic work. Our German-language prophylaxis manual (Rund um den Mund) was distinguished by the renowned Wrigley Prophylaxis Prize in 2002.
MAUSINI® also represents a media series that has been developed through the years from theatre experiences for the development of language, movement, communication, rhythm, and musicality. In a very special way, it contributes to communication within the family and as an approach to language and motor activity for young children.
Our ABC Work Folder contains a colour animal figure for each letter as a visual aid, a speech and reading game as a song with sheet music, the music CD and movement instructions. The movement games serve to promote fine and gross motor activity, coordination, expressiveness, flexibility of the spinal column, etc. As a learning foundation for school and home, it promotes language, voice and singing, hearing and rhythm, movement and community.
The ABC concept is used in the educational work of schools and kindergartens, as well as in the speech-therapy and kinesiotherapy practices, throughout Germany.
